The short version, in plain English.

Who we are

BuraqHospitality Ltd, company no. 17153833, registered in England and Wales. Registered office: 30 Pennant Crescent, Cardiff CF23 6LN. Cook and director: Hooria Khalid. We're a registered food business with the City of Cardiff Council (Shared Regulatory Services), Level 2 food-safety trained; our hygiene rating is awaited (inspected after launch). We hold £5,000,000 public and product liability insurance.

Orders and the cut-off

We cook Monday to Friday. Order by 10:00 (UK time) for a same-day box; after 10:00 you're ordering for the next working day. We deliver Monday to Friday. Early orders are open now and are delivered from Friday 4 September 2026; our official launch is Monday 28 September 2026. An order is accepted when you see a reference and receive the confirmation email.

Prices

Buraq Flash: £9.99 a box until 31 October 2026, usually £15. Buraq Table: £14.99 a head until 31 October 2026, usually £20, delivery included, from five people. Prices are set by us on the server, not by the app.

Payment

Card, Apple Pay and Google Pay are taken by SumUp; card details never touch our systems. Pay on delivery is available to returning customers only. Lunch Pass credits (5 boxes for £47.50, 10 for £90) last 90 days from purchase and are used oldest first. Stamps: one per paid box; nine stamps make the next box free. Buraq Table offices are invoiced monthly, itemised, 14-day terms, by bank transfer.

Cancelling

Cancel free until 10:00 on the delivery day, from the Orders tab or by calling 07767 192008. Card payments are refunded to the same card; Lunch Pass credits and stamps go back to your account. After 10:00 the box is being cooked for you and can't be cancelled.

Delivery

Delivered 12:00–13:00, Monday to Friday, free. Live now at Cardiff Gate (CF23 8) and St Mellons Business Park (CF3 0 and CF3 2); the rest of Cardiff is coming soon. Checkout checks the postcode. You choose reception, your desk or a hand-over; give us a name for the box and, if you like, a phone number for the driver.

Allergens — your part

Every box: Contains milk (the yoghurt). Made without the other 13 listed allergens as ingredients. Buraq Table platters are different: samosa pastry contains wheat, and channa chaat contains milk. If wheat or gluten matters to you, tell us before ordering platters. If you have an allergy, tell us before 10:00 (checkout notes, Mr Flash or a call). See the allergen sheet.

Food safety at your end

Best eaten as delivered. If not, refrigerate within 1 hour and eat by tomorrow; reheat once until piping hot. Do not reheat rice twice.

Buraq Table

Organisers confirm headcount by 10:00 the day before. Boxes are individually labelled with names. One monthly invoice; a trial week with no long contract.
